Management Team

BS4S Project Coordinator: Leader of the Soft Condensed Matter Group at IChF, an experienced research manager and mentor. He previously served as Director of IChF and coordinated several EU-funded projects, including NOBLESSE (FP7), CREATE (ERA Chairs), NaMeS (MSCA-COFUND-DP), and PD2PI (MSCA-COFUND-FP). He has supervised over 50 PhD students and 30 postdocs, and serves as Career Development Advisor at IChF. He is also a member of several funding committees, including the ERC panel.

BS4S Project Manager: Experienced in grant management and research commercialisation. Agnieszka has coordinated four EC-funded projects at IChF: PERFECTION (ERA Chairs), CREATE (ERA Chairs), NaMeS (MSCA-COFUND-DP), and PD2PI (MSCA-COFUND-FP). She previously worked at the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and the advisory firm Accreo/CRIDO Taxand, where she supported companies such as GE, Bridgestone, and Lafarge in securing over €100 million in funding. At IChF, she also oversees HR Excellence in Research implementation.

BS4S Training Programme Manager: Leader of the Surface Nanoengineering for Chemo- and Bio-Sensors Group at IChF, currently Chair of the Institute’s Scientific Council and formerly served on the Commission for Education. She has acted as a grant evaluation panellist for several national research agencies across Europe and brings experience from the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. She has supervised 10 PhD students and 5 postdocs.
