Training Programme
Alongside the implementation of their individual research projects, BS4S fellows will follow a tailor-made training programme focused on career development and research valorisation.
Each fellow will design their own training path based on a Career Development Plan (CDP), prepared in consultation with their mentor and co-mentor(s) after admission to the programme.
The training programme is aimed at equipping fellows with the skills and knowledge needed to translate fundamental research into real-world applications, including products and services. Business partners will support this process by offering mentorship and internship opportunities, helping fellows gain first-hand experience in innovation, entrepreneurship, and industry collaboration.
